WHERE I STARTED

To start the project, I researched the brand proposal. I went to investigate their motivations, and what problems they currently solve. I asked what were the real goals to be achieved.

After getting to know the context of using the product a little, we set up a base of possible users. Through interviews, I was able to do some research and trace which problems were real and which were just assumptions. Tools: Miro, Google Forms, Webflow

We decided to work with three very different user models, with that, we were able to reach the target audience. We describe all your details of your life with your pet, and how we could help you improve your experience by hiring an insurance company for your best friend. Tools: https://www.hubspot.com/make-my-persona, photoshop

Based on all involved, we create the journey of the entire service process. From the point of view of those involved. I identified possible high/low points and described some opportunities for future insights. Tools: Adobe Illustrator

I created some ideas for the user flow, already thinking about some features and their navigation. Tools: Pen

I made some sketches to feel what the divisions of sessions would be like. It was designed together with a UX Writter. From there, the project has started to form its structure. Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

After some decisions about interactions, we came up with an interesting proposal that made sense of what we were pointing out. It was the first version that was tested with real users. Tools: Figma, Hotjar, Smartlook

With the site completely tested and evaluated by the entire team, we made all the necessary modifications for a better experience. With the version tested and approved, we proceed to replace version 0. The result is this that we will see:

FINAL RESULT

Fatura Simples - Full Rebranding

MY ROLE

- Participated in the brand research (internal perceptions and construction of the buyer persona);

- Created a key vision and a visual identity system;

- Created a design system with some good practices;

- Prototyped and developed (with the marketing team) all landing pages;

THE BRIEFING

In 2018 Fatura Simples (Saas company) reformulated its business concept and the need to change visually following the new attributes of the brand.

Together with Consulmix Marketing Group (Branding specialist), we built the new brand concept. And it was in this scenario that I should come up with a new visual proposal.

THE CREATION I CAME UP WITH

To be serious and reliable (and using the simplicity concepts), we arrived at a logo where the “simple” stands out. We concluded that we would need an easily understandable symbol and a typeface sans serif to give an air of seriousness.

Fatura Simples - Billing flow

MY ROLE

- Collaborated with researchers, developers and managers in the discovery phase;

- Interpreted data and qualitative feedback;

- Created user stories, personas, and storyboards;

- Determined info. architecture and create sitemaps;

- Created high/low fidelity prototyping;

- Conducted, observe and analyse usability testing sessions.

THE BRIEFING

After reformulating his visual identity, the manager asked me for his output pieces (all interfaces that arrive at the end customer).

Keeping the focus on conversion, lead generation, and, of course, enchantment through the new identity.

THE CREATION I CAME UP WITH

Using its newest brand concept, we managed to achieve what we wanted with this project:

- Decreased loading time;

- Decreased friction in registration forms;

- Enchantment of our customers;

- Lead generation through our pieces (footer ad);

- Delighted customers of our customers (possibly future leads).
